1. General Provisions

2. Spa Services

GrayLeafSpa offers senior spa retreats with programs focused on relaxation and restoration.

2.1 Schedule Changes and Cancellations

To request a schedule change for a service, contact us at least 48 hours before the session. Changes made within this window are subject to availability. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund but may receive a credit toward a future service.

2.2 No-Refund Packages

Certain packages, such as group retreats reserved more than 30 days in advance, are final sale. We reserve necessary resources to ensure personalized attention. These bookings cannot be refunded.

3. Digital Products

Our info products include guides and online tutorials. If you have not accessed or downloaded the product, contact us within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund. Once content has been accessed or downloaded, purchases are final.

4. Physical Goods

Products purchased from GrayLeafSpa may be sent back in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund using the original purchase method. Customers are responsible for shipping costs except in cases of defect or error on our part.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. By default, refunds are issued to the original purchase method unless you request a credit voucher for future use at GrayLeafSpa.

6. Updates to Terms

We may revise these terms in 2026. Any changes will be posted here with the date of revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
